I hereby understand that an infection can be caused by lack of proper care of my tattoo. I will receive aftercare directions from my tattoo artist and I will follow them as advised. I take full responsibility of precautions of my actions, waving any lawsuit towards my tattoo artist. I understand that if I sue my artist for any personal or professional reason I will be in charge of any costs associated with my choice to do so.

I understand that healing might take only a few weeks or take even 10-12 weeks depending on my skin condition and its health. I understand that there mght be scabs occuring and some areas might heal longer
I understand that if parts of my tattoo do not fully take in and appears spotty due to my skin / blood rejecting it, my tattoo guarantees a compimentary (free of charge) touch up session :)
I understand that certain areas like elbow, inner elbow, wrist, foot, hand and areas of high movement/bending - are more prone of harder/longer time of healing ad more prone to attract bacteria. I understand that these areas are NOT free of charge for a touch up, as it is EXPECTED to have one to three touch up sessions and I do commit to follow up to touch up these areas if I choose to.
